Return Policy
Need to make a return? No worries, all the details are below. FYI, all refunds, or exchanges require a valid receipt or packing slip. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
We also will exchange any products that are flawed or damaged upon arrival. For an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Attempting to exchange for a different size of a product will require initiating a return and new order by the customer as requested by our customer service team.
Return Exclusions
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for NIL product
- Gift Cards and Prepaid cards are non-refundable
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Clearance merchandise is non-refundable
Returns by mail
- Include a copy of your confirmation email or order details with your securely packaged return. If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund could be delayed if we can’t identify the original purchase details.
- Return shipping is at your expense. We’re not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
- Hold on to your tracking information and shipping receipt until you get your refund.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Receiving and processing your return may take up to 10 business days. Receiving your refund can take 2-5 business days to reflect on your account.
